Advantive is building Advantive ONE, a cross-portfolio AI platform designed to transform how our products deliver value to customers. This is a high-impact, company-wide initiative at the center of our product and go-to-market strategy.
We are looking for a commercially minded AI Product Manager to drive the successful commercialization of Advantive ONE across our product portfolio. This is a senior IC role that does not own a traditional product roadmap; instead, you will own how Advantive ONE is positioned, launched, and adopted across the business, with a core focus on commercialization, adoption, and revenue impact. This is a highly hands-on, execution-focused role that requires a willingness to spane in and drive outcomes directly, not just coordinate across teams.
What You Will Do
Drive the commercialization of Advantive ONE across the product portfolio
Lead cross-functional launch planning for new AI-enabled capabilities, workflows, and use cases
Partner with Product Management, GMs, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to align on priorities and execution, while directly supporting strategic deals and engaging customers through sales conversations, advisory boards, and industry events
Translate AI capabilities into clear customer value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement materials
Identify high-impact use cases across products, industries, and customer segments
Work across 30 products to embed Advantive ONE capabilities into existing workflows and customer use cases
Ensure readiness across teams for launches, including coordination with development and delivery functions
Track adoption, customer feedback, and commercial performance to continuously improve outcomes
Maintain alignment across teams while ensuring consistent and scalable use of Advantive ONE, preventing fragmented or redundant AI efforts across the portfolio
Stay informed on practical AI trends and competitive movements to inform positioning and use case development

What We Are Looking For:
Required Experience
Proven experience launching and commercializing SaaS products
Strong go-to-market instincts, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement
Familiarity with AI-enabled products (e.g., copilots, assistants, automation, intelligent workflows)
Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value and customer outcomes
Experience working across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Services organizations
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to align spanerse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to operate with speed, ambiguity, and a strong bias for action
Preferred Experience
Experience commercializing AI-enabled products or features
Experience in ERP, manufacturing, distribution, or complex B2B software environments
Experience working across multiple products or platforms in a portfolio environment
Experience in private equity-backed or execution-focused environments
Leadership Profile
Commercially minded and outcome-oriented
Strong cross-functional collaborator who can influence product direction across teams without formal ownership or authority
Execution-focused, with the ability to turn strategy into action
Clear communicator who simplifies complex concepts

Additional Details:
Scope: This is a senior inspanidual contributor role with no direct reports, best suited for candidates motivated by impact, ownership, and cross-functional influence rather than people management.
Reporting Structure: This role reports directly into the CTO and works closely with leaders across Product Management, Development, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and General Management.
Expected travel: approximately 15–20% for customer meetings, internal collaboration, and industry events
Location: Tampa, FL
In-office requirement: 2 days a week
While we offer workplace flexibility, this role currently requires onsite presence two days per week at our Tampa office to support team alignment and cross-functional collaboration. Please note that in-office requirements are subject to change.
