We seek a Sr. Salesforce Consultant/Analyst to support client engagements onsite in Omaha, NE (3–5 days/week in office).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the ideation, documentation, enhancement, and delivery of Salesforce business processes and solutions.

• Drive business process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration within Salesforce Core Clouds.

• Partner with client subject matter experts and technical teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable user stories.

• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and maintain high quality.

• Communicate effectively to clarify priorities, direction, and status with client teams.

Required Qualifications

• Independent, self-starting problem solver with a passion for Salesforce and business analysis.

• Senior-level experience with Salesforce platform and business analysis.

• Skilled in Salesforce APIs, integration tools, and configuration.

• Proficient in Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (Required).

• Salesforce Certified Admin (Preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years in business analyst roles, preferably with enterprise Salesforce implementations.

• Advanced knowledge of business process mapping and technical documentation.

• Proven track record collaborating with spanerse business stakeholders.

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
